Jis din tension zyada thi, sugar bhi zyada thi — bina kuch extra khaye. Yahi hai subconscious mind aur pancreas ka rishta.
Yeh Connection Hai Kya — Simple Bhasha Mein Samjho
Over the last 20 years, maine sainkdo logon ko observe kiya hai. Jin logon ki sugar "out of control" rehti thi, unme se zyaadaatar log koi na koi emotional stress mein bhi the — chahe woh job ki tension ho, ghar ki problem ho, ya purani koi hurt jo unhone abhi tak chhodi nahi thi.
Yeh koi coincidence nahi hai. Hamara dimaag — khaaskar subconscious mind — body ke har organ ko control karta hai. Jab mann mein dar, gussa ya tension hoti hai, toh brain "stress hormones" release karta hai. Yeh hormones seedhe pancreas tak pahunchte hain aur uska kaam — insulin banana — disturb kar dete hain.
Simple example: Jab koi cheez aapko dara deti hai — jaise achanak gaadi ka horn — aapka dil tez dhadakta hai, haath kaapte hain. Yeh sab body ka reaction hai jo mann ne trigger kiya. Pancreas bhi isi tarah react karta hai, bas yeh reaction roz-roz hoti rahe toh sugar permanently disturb ho jaati hai.
Science Aur Spirituality — Dono Nazariye Se Dekhein
Mujhe lagta hai dono baatein sach hain — bas alag bhasha mein kahi gayi hain. Chaliye dono side dekhte hain:
Chronic stress se cortisol aur adrenaline hormone badhte hain.
Yeh hormones liver ko extra glucose release karne ka signal dete hain.
Lagatar stress se insulin resistance badhta hai — body insulin ko sahi use nahi kar paati.

Pancreas ka sambandh Manipura Chakra (solar plexus) se hota hai.
Yeh chakra confidence, control aur self-worth se juda hai.
Jab mann mein gussa, dar ya self-doubt rehta hai, yeh chakra असंतुलित (imbalanced) ho jaata hai.
