Saral bhasha mein: Program shuru hone se pehle poora refund milega. Program shuru hone ke 3 din ke andar refund maang sakte hain (agar zyada content use/download nahi kiya hai). 3 din ke baad aam taur par refund nahi hota.
This Refund Policy applies to all online programs, courses, workshops, webinars and digital services offered by Arunai Super Foods Pvt. Ltd. under the brands Rogmukt Life and Health Gurukul through jitendersharma.com, WhatsApp or payment links (such as Razorpay).
1. Before the program starts
If you cancel before your program or workshop start date, you are eligible for a full refund.
2. Within 3 days of the program start
You may request a refund within 3 days of the program start date, provided you have not consumed or downloaded a substantial part of the program content (for example recorded sessions, eBooks, diet charts or other downloadable material). Each request is reviewed individually.
3. After 3 days
After 3 days from the program start date, fees are generally non-refundable.
4. Not eligible for refund
- Requests made after 3 days from the program start date.
- Cases where a substantial part of the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Missing live sessions without informing us — recordings or support may be offered where available, but this is not grounds for a refund.

6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 working days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
